| T1: Why does the tabletop drive upward, but not downward? | |
| There are a couple possibilities. Check if tabletop anti-collision switches are activated or if the foot treadle is wrapped and activates the treadle switch. |
| T2: How do the covers come off when the tabletop is stuck in the down position? | |
| The tabletop must be removed then the table can be raised with provided override cable (later models) connected between motor and J105 on the Main board. Please give attention to override cable labeling. On earlier models, a 24 VDC supply with a minimum 3 amp capacity is connected to the motor. Be certain to use proper polarity. Limits do not function. |
| T3: Why is the table not driving up or down? | |
| Check motor fuse F1 and replace as necessary. If the table locks are not working as well, check CB1 and reset as necessary. If problems persist with CB1 or F1, please contact Technical Support for further assistance. |
| T4: What is the patient load of the table? | |
| 650 pounds with the tabletop centered. |
| T5: What is the “cut out” dimension at the base for cable routing? | |
| It is 8” x 8” square as listed in the EV650 site planning. |
| T6: My longitudinal table top locks don’t hold, what shall I do? | |
|
| T7: How do I remove the table top assembly from the table? | |

| This table can support a maximum patient weight of 500 lbs (227 kg). |
| T9: How much does the table top assembly weigh? | |

| T10: My bucky carriage lock does not work, what shall I do? | |
|
| T11: What is the LED Green lite on the front of my table for? | |
| This LED Green Lite indicates that you have power to the table. |
| T12: The two square holes on each side of the table base, what are they for? | |
| They are side electrical access panels. |
