W1: My locks don’t hold, what shall I do? |

1. Determine if your wallstand has electric or manual locks. If it has electric locks - make sure you have 24VDC applied to the locks.
2. Make sure both locks are working, one on the vertical carriage and one at the top of the column.
3. Make sure the lock coils are sitting flat and are not humming.
4. If you have manual locks try adjusting them. If that doesn’t help, replace them.
5. Refer to Wallstand service manual for adjusting manual locks.

W11: How do I activate and configure the dose indicator? |
 |
The visual DI (dose indicator) may be activated in the file C:\XRAY\BIN\UNI.ini file.
- Change DIEnabled=NO to DIEnabled=YES
- Change DoseCalibration=xx to DoseCalibration=20 (this range may be selected from 5, 10, 15, or 20) you may try
other settings to balance dose with acceptable “noise level” for desired image quality.
- Save file and restart system.
You will now get a DI number on each image (will not be sent to PACS), which indicates relative dose range. Acceptable range
is –0.9 to +0.9 other exposure values will be indicated as + (plus) or - (minus) in red figures.
