General Information
As every year, we would like to highlight the importance of attending the training sessions
we are going to organise, as they are the basic mean to share with our distributors the necessary
technical knowledge on Villa Sistemi Medicali equipments.
Please share this information with your technical/service managers in order to let them plan and
organise the participation of your technical staff.
During the year, we will have 3 sessions for dental products and 4 sessions for medical products,
as listed below. The sequence of product presentation during each session will be scheduled to
match the requirements of the different participants.
Registration and Other Important Information
Please find below mentioned some general rules regarding the training sessions:
- The courses are addressed to service Engineers from distributors of Villa Sistemi Medicali and the official language is English.

Email address: vsmservice@villasm.com - The deadline for the enrolment of the participants to the course is one month prior to the starting date of the course; for the Trainings MEDICAL 1 and MEDICAL 3 it is necessary to confirm the presence at least 2 months prior the scheduled date because of the digital panels availability; this will allow us to allocate the devices necessary for the training and to prepare the relevant documentation to be provided to the participants.
- Upon receipt, we will transmit our acknowledgement together with information on logistics (hotel accommodation).
- We are also ready to issue invitation letters for visa purposes, if needed.
- Villa Sistemi Medicali will cover all the costs for training organisation, tuition, lunches in the factory during the week days and documentation; travel, dinners and hotel costs will be at distributor’s charge.
- In order to optimise the training sessions, the number of participants for each session should be within 5 (minimum) and 12 (maximum).
- In case the number of participants is lower or higher than the above figures, we will inform you about the new schedule.
- Unless otherwise specified, the training sessions will start at 9.00 A.M. of the first day; it is therefore suggested to the participants to organise their trips accordingly.
We hope that the provided information will allow you to properly plan the participation of your technical staff and that the courses will help you in improving your after-sale business. Please note that, as general rule, any intervention of our specialists on site will be charged and this general rule is surely enforced in case that distributor’s Engineers have not participated to the relevant training courses.
